Located on the 2nd floor of the award-winning 400 N Brand Blvd building in Glendale, California, Beyond Limits now boasts a new creative office space reflective of their next-generation products. The AI software developer requested a work environment that would motivate their staff to push the boundaries of what they can achieve.

RAM Construction delivered a space fit with futuristic patterns, bold colors, eccentric lighting, and custom ceiling acoustical tiles. The staff has access to a robot lab, multiple conference rooms, and a variety of collaboration space with writable wall surfaces.

The delivery of this tenant improvement project was challenged by the unforeseen impacts of COVID-19. Through additional coordination and communication, the RAM team was able to deliver to the client on time and within budget.
