About the Work

EVA Air’s North American Headquarters’ tenant improvement project consisted of building out two full floors and 60,000 SF. EVA Air’s main goal was to create state-of-the-art conference rooms to host online meetings with their international offices.

With the company working in all different time zones around the globe, it was also important for employees to feel comfortable around the clock. To support this mission, EVA’s new headquarters offers a cutting-edge gym and locker room as well as a well-functioning kitchen.

Due to the difficulty of onsite crane access, RAM used a helicopter to lift 15 RTU’s onto the roof. RAM completed the high-end build-out in under 4 months.
