El Segundo, CA
EVA Air’s North American Headquarters’ tenant improvement project consisted of building out two full floors and 60,000 SF. EVA Air’s main goal was to create state of the art conference rooms to host online meetings with their international offices.
With the company working on all different time zones around the globe, it was also important for employees to feel comfortable around the clock. To support this mission, EVA’s new headquarters offers a cutting-edge gym and locker-room as well as a well-functioning kitchen.
Due to the difficulty of onsite crane access, RAM used a helicopter to lift 15 RTU’s. RAM completed the high-end build out in under 4 months.
As you walk into the lobby, employees and guests are met with a beautiful set of wood tread stairs, encased with decorated ornamental steal and a rock garden underneath. High-end LV/AV are supported by complex server rooms with independent heating and cooling systems. The gorgeous build out also includes new custom millwork.
A key touch from the architect, the ceiling finishes consist of Ceiling Concepts, Star Felt and Arktura. Floor to ceiling glass provides an open concept throughout the office interiors as well as an incredible view of El Segundo and one of the tallest buildings in the city.
