The March Capital Partners project consisted of an occupied tenant improvement and expansion over 5 months. The project required a high level of coordination and safety precautions, as the tenant occupied the space during the duration of the 15,000 SF full gut and build out.
After building out small sections and relocating the tenant with a phased approach, the project was completed 2 weeks early.
High end finishes portray a mix of classic and creative office. Architectural features include an open ceiling and custom concrete floated & troweled floor, high end wood flooring, large kitchen island, custom light fixture pendants, and frameless glass.
