Mother’s Organic Kitchen
Costa Mesa, CA
Mother’s Organic Kitchen consisted of a full gut and build-out of a third generation building in order to create the flagship model restaurant for Mother’s Organic Market’s newest concept; a grab-and-go and sit down organic experience in Costa Mesa.
The restaurant was completed in 12 weeks, including all health department approvals. RAM Construction’s competitive pricing and creative solutions saved the client over $70k during the preconstruction process.
The new outdoor façade and upgraded patio create a welcoming environment from the moment the customer walks up to the building. Panelized wood wall systems, full-height herringbone wall tile, burnt etched artwork on MDF panels, quartz countertops, stainless steel, exposed ceilings, and epoxy floors highlight the space’s architectural components.
Beyond the finishes, upgrades also consisted of improvements to the façade and structural framing, a new underground sewer and grease system, new HVAC systems, upgraded electrical service, and a new roof. The back-of-house scope included a new state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and an employee lounge/office that allows the restaurant to operate at the highest level of efficiency to deliver quality organic products to its patrons.
