Project Description

Mother’s Organic Kitchen consisted of a full gut and build-out of a third generation building in order to create the flagship model restaurant for Mother’s Organic Market’s newest concept; a grab-and-go and sit down organic experience in Costa Mesa.

The restaurant was completed in 12 weeks, including all health department approvals. RAM Construction’s competitive pricing and creative solutions saved the client over $70K during the preconstruction process.
