Project Description

Collins and Collins LLP was a specialized tenant improvement project to bring their new Pasadena office some upgraded everyday needs. This occupied remodel was completed in two phases allowing Collins & Collins to stay operational while improving their new office during construction. New features included a Mail/Copy Room, IT/Work Room, Print/Copy Stations, storage rooms, a new reception desk with stone top, and upgraded lighting and HVAC throughout.
