About the Work

A full-floor tenant improvement for Savills located in the heart of Century City, this project transforms the entire 11th floor into private offices, open workspaces, wellness rooms, and upgraded restrooms. The space features standout elements including a specialty wood ceiling system, golf simulator, and a speakeasy-style lounge with banquette seating, pocket doors, and tin ceilings. The RAM team once again partnered with Formm Studio to design and deliver this space.
