About the Work

A 10,633 square foot tenant improvement was completed, converting a former conference center into a fully reimagined workspace. The project delivered new parts storage, office and workstation areas, a break room, conference rooms, and huddle rooms with upgraded finishes throughout to support a high performing, productive work environment.

Construction included the demolition and reconstruction of existing walls, doors, and ceilings, with new and reused mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems seamlessly integrated to support the reconfigured layout and functionality. The result is a purpose-built space tailored to the operational needs of one of the global leaders in the semiconductor industry.
