About the Work

A healthcare tenant improvement was completed for Prenuvo in Pasadena, California, delivering a purpose-built diagnostic imaging facility in support of the brand’s advanced preventative healthcare services. Designed by Hubbard Godfrey Architects, Inc., the project included the installation of two Philips Ambition MRI systems, a Haskris chiller, two dedicated equipment rooms, and a partial build-out for future tenant suites.

The facility was planned to support a smooth, comfortable experience from arrival to departure, featuring eight changing rooms, consult rooms, conference rooms, an open office area, a staff break room, and three restrooms. The completed space reflects Prenuvo’s commitment to delivering a high-quality, patient-centered healthcare experience.
