ACCO Distribution Center

About the Work

RAM Construction completed the tenant improvement of the ACCO Distribution Center, transforming more than 100,000 square feet into a modern industrial manufacturing and process piping fabrication facility.

The interior renovation included significant structural upgrades to support five bridge cranes, along with the installation of a new mechanical system, high-pressure compressed air and hydraulic systems, upgraded lighting, and specialized process piping infrastructure designed to meet the facility’s operational needs.

Exterior improvements included the installation of an exterior bridge crane, fire line relocations, parking lot modifications, and a 3000A electrical service upgrade completed in coordination with Salt River Project (SRP).

The completed facility delivers the infrastructure and functionality required to support ACCO’s manufacturing and fabrication operations, providing a high-performance industrial environment built for efficiency, reliability, and future growth.
