As an industry leader, Matt Renault brings his knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate, construction and development to RAM Construction’s executive team. Beginning his career in the field, moving on to project management for a tenant rep firm, and coming back full circle to general contracting, Matt’s leadership is grounded in his work ethic.

Matt’s unique perspective, foresight and negotiation skills gained from sitting on both sides of the table gives RAM its competitive edge. In a complex and multi-faceted industry, Matt’s business acumen working in various capacities translates to a better understanding of the clients’ needs and an overall successful outcome.

Navigating some of the most complex projects in Southern California has given him the ability to visualize the full scope and every detail from all altitudes. Matt’s specific project experience includes tenant improvements and ground-up construction in sectors such as creative office, corporate offices, bio-tech/life science, manufacturing, OSHPD acute care facilities, medical office buildings, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities.

Matt is a graduate of Chico State University, with a BS in construction management. He is an accredited LEED professional and licensed contractor.

With a diverse background in all aspects of the construction industry, from field work to sub-contracting, Spencer Moran brings hands-on expertise to RAM’s management team. As a founder of RAM Construction, Spencer’s vision of quality is represented in the craftsmanship of each project.

Spencer’s understanding of the nuts and bolts of all trades allows our project teams to navigate the most challenging construction schedules. As a Managing Partner of RAM, Spencer oversees all superintendents, field activity, scheduling, quality control and safety. Leading the team’s business development efforts, Spencer has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth.

Spencer earned a BS in construction management and business from Chico State University. He holds an OSHA 30 certification and is a retired professional bass fisherman.
