ACCO Distribution Center

About the Work

RAM Construction completed the 100,000-square-foot tenant improvement of the ACCO Distribution Center in Peoria, Arizona, delivering a modern industrial facility designed to support manufacturing and process piping fabrication operations.

The project included extensive interior upgrades to enhance the facility’s operational capabilities, including structural modifications to accommodate five bridge cranes, a new mechanical system, high-pressure compressed air and hydraulic systems, clean room, upgraded lighting, and specialized process piping infrastructure throughout the building.

Exterior improvements expanded the functionality of the site with the installation of an exterior bridge crane, fire line relocations, parking lot modifications, and a 3000A electrical service upgrade completed in coordination with SRP.

By combining complex infrastructure improvements with thoughtful site enhancements, the completed facility provides ACCO with a highly efficient, high-performance environment built to support its manufacturing operations and future growth.
