About the Work

The Center for Inherited Blood Disorders was established in 2009 in response to the growing need of care for patients with rare and chronic inherited blood disorders. We had the pleasure of constructing a facility that takes care of their medical facility needs. The Design-Build project is complete with OSHPD-3 clinical space, pharmaceutical space, medical offices, and cleanroom labs structured for R&D work.

The nature of this project required stringent compliance with life & safety standards. The RAM team managed the installation of a 100kVa Generator, 8-story fume hood exhaust ducting, and general smoke & fire control additions.

In order to ensure a smooth project delivery, the RAM team got out ahead of the CDPH licensing process which allowed the client to meet their intended schedule.
