About the Work

This OSHPD 3 tenant improvement project involved the renovation of the 2nd and 3rd floors within an existing three-story building designed by Material Design Architects. Work included demolition, new partitions, ceilings, and upgrades to plumbing, electrical, and data systems, along with new interior finishes throughout.

Operated by Family Health Centers of San Diego, the facility supports their mission to provide accessible, high-quality care to underserved communities.
