Compass Diversified is a 17,000 SF tenant improvement that includes new executive offices, meeting rooms, board room, collaboration areas, media recording studio, wellness/massage room, fitness center, men & women’s restrooms, and men & women’s locker rooms with showers.

The space features a stunning kitchen for the staff’s private chef as well as a lounge area that flows to an outdoor patio entertaining area. Employees can take a break in the private, high-end gym available on site or take a seat at the in-office bar.
