About the Work

This multi-phase project involves expanding a manufacturing facility in Irvine, CA, in order to enhance its capabilities. It includes the construction of office space, laboratory production and manufacturing areas, an ISO-rated clean room with 91 Fan Filter Units featuring HEPA filters, exterior building additions, parking lot modifications, and a connecting corridor. Additionally, collaboration with SoCal Edison enabled the implementation of a 3000-amp service power upgrade, and the project features specialized infrastructure like a Liquid Nitrogen System and Specialty Vacuum Jacketed Piping.
