About the Work

A 30,000 square foot tenant improvement was completed for Frame Denim in Beverly Hills, transforming a large-scale space into a modern headquarters. The project delivered private offices, conference rooms, open workstations, and huddle rooms alongside an atelier and creative collaboration areas, a clothing showroom, a curated art gallery, a pantry breakroom, and an events lounge.

Designed in collaboration with Formm Studio, the project incorporated upgraded finishes, contemporary lighting, and fully coordinated MEP systems throughout the space.
