About the Work

Designed to elevate the everyday tenant experience, RAM Construction delivered the 15,000 square foot Galleria Amenity Space in Scottsdale within an actively occupied building.

The project introduced a modern fitness studio and weight room, conference center, podcast rooms, and a pre-function gathering space. Additional scope included full men’s and women’s locker rooms, catering facilities, and a new on-site leasing office, enhancing functionality, convenience, and overall tenant engagement.
