About the Work

This tenant improvement transformed an existing creative office space into a sophisticated headquarters designed to support the evolving needs of a modern workplace for Good American. In collaboration with FORMM Studio, the project reimagined the interior environment to balance functionality, flexibility, and elevated design.

The completed space features a diverse range of work and gathering environments, including private offices, conference rooms, open workstations, huddle rooms, collaborative meeting areas, a private event venue, and theatrical screening room. High-end finishes and thoughtfully designed spaces create an environment that is both highly functional and distinctly modern.
