This tenant improvement project for Healthpeak Properties headquarters featured custom millwork, private offices, and modern conference rooms designed to support a high-performance workplace. Designed by H. Hendy Associates, the space incorporates panoramic views, abundant natural light, and collaborative areas along with new rooftop HVAC units to enhance energy efficiency and overall building performance.
