About the Work

A 30,000 square foot retail and hospitality tenant improvement was completed at Mission Gorge Square in Santee, California. The project delivered a fully refreshed multi-tenant center featuring a new storefront, updated façade, and rooftop unit replacements, along with three separately metered electrical services to support independent tenant operations.

Work included a three-part demising layout to accommodate multiple tenants, along with the construction of dedicated trash enclosures for each tenant space. The project was thoughtfully executed to deliver a revitalized retail and hospitality destination.
