About the Work

The John Paul Mitchell Systems office and academy project on the Santa Monica Promenade transformed two existing buildings into one connected, high-performance space for John Paul Mitchell Systems’ office and academy operations.

The project included new structural openings to connect the two buildings, along with high-end finishes and dedicated spaces for product testing, education, and collaboration. The completed space brings these functions together under one roof, creating a modern and functional environment that supports John Paul Mithell Systems’ day-to-day operations and educational programs.

Completed in collaboration with Beach Bus Studios, the project demonstrates RAM Construction’s expertise in complex tenant improvements and structural retrofits within existing buildings.
