About the Work

Two phased tenant improvements totaling over 42,000 square feet were completed at San Antonio Regional Hospital in collaboration with MOA Architects. The 27,331 square foot East Wing delivered advanced imaging and clinical care spaces, including MRI, X-ray, laboratory, physical therapy, and specialty suites, with full MEP upgrades and medical equipment coordination throughout.

The 15,000 square foot West Wing encompassed family medicine, podiatry, geriatrics, and shared medical offices, featuring new exam rooms, upgraded finishes, and updated MEP systems designed to enhance patient flow and staff collaboration.
