Seasats Headquarters

San Diego, CA

About the Work

RAM Construction completed a 31,380-square-foot tenant improvement at Seasats’ new San Diego headquarters, creating dedicated space for warehouse operations, manufacturing, and offices. The warehouse included specialized assembly rooms for autonomous drone boat production, including GPU manufacturing and vessel assembly, along with design-build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems throughout.

Seasats develops autonomous maritime technology to close maritime blind spots and provide persistent maritime awareness for defense, border protection, and commercial applications. The new headquarters expands the company’s production capacity and supports its continued growth in San Diego.

The project was completed in partnership with Bandak Project Management and McFarlane Architects.

The completed facility was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking Seasats’ sixth anniversary. A representative of the Mayor’s office attended and officially declared October 6 as Seasats Day in recognition of the occasion.
