Experience the transformation of St. John Knits in Anaheim, CA, where creativity, collaboration, and functionality come together in a thoughtfully reimagined workplace. Completed by RAM Construction in partnership with Montalba Architects and Hughes Marino, this tenant improvement modernized the space to support the brand’s creative, operational, and manufacturing teams.

The renovation introduced new lobbies, private offices, and collaborative design workspaces, along with a dedicated photo studio featuring a custom cyclorama wall and a showroom runway designed for product presentations. A major structural enhancement included creating a new opening between the first and second floors to accommodate a custom staircase, complemented by the installation of a new elevator connecting both levels.

Additional upgrades included infrastructure to support factory and manufacturing equipment, improvements to the existing warehouse and distribution areas, and custom felt-covered wood panel sliders integrated throughout the showroom, entrance, and staircase. These architectural features required extensive coordination across multiple trades, resulting in a cohesive space that reflects the St. John Knits brand while supporting its day-to-day operations.
