About the Work

A tenant improvement was completed in the heart of Old Towne Orange, transforming a historic office suite into a TailoredSpace coworking facility while preserving the character of the existing building. Completed in collaboration with Sisson Design Group, the project seamlessly integrates contemporary workplace functionality within the building’s historic character.

The completed space features glass-front private offices, conference rooms, collaborative lounge areas, and a shared kitchen, complemented by new MEP systems, upgraded acoustics, and high-quality interior finishes throughout to create a flexible and professional work environment.
