About the Work

RAM Construction completed the tenant improvement for The Elder Statesman‘s new Beverly Hills office, delivering a workspace that balances refined design with everyday functionality. The project features a mix of private offices, open work areas, and collaborative spaces, all brought together with custom finishes and thoughtful detailing.

Key project features include custom millwork throughout the office, including a fully outfitted pantry, light-filled private offices and open workspaces, employee lounges and conference rooms, frameless doors with keypad access and premium hardware, as well as new lighting, open ceilings, and upgraded technology infrastructure.

Every element of the space was carefully executed to create a polished, functional environment that reflects The Elder Statesman’s brand while supporting the needs of its growing team.
