This Santa Monica TI and expansion was completed within an expedited schedule of under five months.

This space showcases a blend of classic and creative office elements, featuring open ceilings, polished concrete floors, high-end wood finishes, a spacious kitchen, luxury light fixtures, and frameless glass.

Given the challenge of an occupied space, the RAM Project team demonstrated thorough coordination to prioritize safety measures, successfully finishing this project two weeks early.
