As an accomplished professional with over 26 years of experience, Matt leads the growth and development of RAM Construction in the dynamic Los Angeles area. Graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Environmental Studies, Matt’s passion for building and sustainable practices has been a driving force throughout his career. From an early age, he embarked on his construction journey and has since contributed his expertise to diverse projects, including Entertainment, Hospitality, Tech Spaces, and Restaurants, among others.

Matt leverages his deep understanding of the industry to ensure the successful execution of complex projects in one of the nation’s most vibrant construction markets. Sean Conry is the Vice President of Construction in Phoenix, bringing years of experience in both the Arizona and California markets. With a strong leadership background, Sean plays a key role in driving RAM’s growth and success in the Southwest region. Previously serving as a Senior Managing Director at CBRE, he demonstrated exceptional management skills while overseeing the Pacific Southwest region.

Sean’s expertise and knowledge have been honed since graduating from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 1997. His dedication to excellence and strategic approach make him an invaluable member of RAM Construction’s executive team, ensuring the successful execution of projects and continued expansion in the Phoenix market.

A proud dad and husband, Jason is a huge family guy who also happens to have a twin brother! Outside of work, he loves to play volleyball, relax with his dog, or spend time under the sun at the beach! As a great mentor, Jason is always willing to share his knowledge and experience to help others succeed.
